  • Applicant and contract management
  • Preparation of payroll accounting including all preparatory and follow-up work
  • Monthly and annual financial statements in the SBS payroll program
  • Master data maintenance and reporting
  • Certification and statistics
  • Processing of time recording
  • Contact for employees and managers for all HR-related issues

Your profile

  • Commercial training with several years of professional experience in HR
  • Ability to work in a team, discretion and a goal-oriented, independent way of working
  • Proactive way of thinking and working
  • Experience with the payroll program SBS desirable
