In addition to war, inflation and the climate crisis, companies are increasingly having to deal with demographic developments and the resulting, worsening shortage of skilled workers. METALLART honored as employer of the future

METALLART Treppen GmbH has succeeded in doing this: In March, the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) named our company an Employer of the Future 2024. The patron of the initiative is the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries. During the multi-stage assessment process, the DIND examined the status of digitalization, sustainability, customer orientation, employee motivation and training and development opportunities, among other things. These points are currently very important in professional life, especially for young employees. METALLART scored highly on all criteria and successfully positioned itself as an ecological, social and digital employer.
