METALLART welcomes the new trainees

01.09.2022

A variety of games and an informative tour of the various company buildings made it easier to get started in professional life.

Successful start to professional life

METALLART is also committed to training! Not only to attract qualified employees, but also to pass on our many years of extensive knowledge of staircase construction, we have been training young people for years in the professions of metalworker specializing in construction technology, office communication clerk and technical system planner (m/f/d). This year, we were able to fill all of our training positions and are now training a total of eleven young people in the three professions. Seven trainees are now learning how to make individual staircase systems in the factories, two trainees are working on technical designs in the technical office and two trainees are also carrying out commercial activities in the administration department. It is already possible to apply for an apprenticeship for 2023.

Get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere

A few weeks ago, our trainers started planning the new trainees' welcome day. Unlike in previous years, the trainees' start to their careers was to be a balanced mix of information, knowledge transfer, fun and entertainment. When the program was finalized, not only the trainers were eagerly awaiting the day, but also our existing trainees, who were heavily involved.
On 1 September, the time had finally come: the four new trainees were warmly welcomed to MetallArt in the meeting room of the administration building. After a company presentation and a tour of the company, there were a variety of games to get to know each other. By the time they had played "3 truths, 1 lie", packed their suitcases and taken part in a stair quiz, the last of the tension had disappeared and made way for a good mood in a relaxed atmosphere. Refreshments were of course also provided: in addition to various sweets, delicious family pizzas were served at lunchtime.

Many thanks to all those who helped to break down fears and make it easier for the new trainees to start their careers. We wish our trainees every success and happiness - it's great to have you with us!
