Laser Innovation Day: Experiencing Technologies of the Future Live

At an innovative company event on 19 September 2025, METALLART will demonstrate its latest high-tech investment and share insights into the world of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
Since the beginning of the year, METALLART has been using the multifunctional 3D laser cutting system from manufacturer MicroStep, which was designed specifically for the company and sets new standards in terms of speed, quality and flexibility. The system and its wide range of capabilities can be experienced live in action as part of a varied company event. Other highlights of the day include the highly efficient four-roll bending machine, a showroom with exclusive glass and metal parts, guided tours around the factory and the participation of renowned partner companies on display.

With the multifunctional 3D fibre laser from MicroStep's MSF Pro series, METALLART, a strong partner in metal processing, is taking its manufacturing quality and efficiency to a new level. The high-speed system automates work steps that previously required several machines and specifically expands the company's portfolio for the most demanding contract manufacturing services.
Thanks to its 8 kW power, combined cutting and drilling head, and automated material handling, this versatile laser offers high-precision cutting and maximum productivity – even for complex requirements and high order volumes in single or series production.

- Tube and profile processing (Ø 20–500 mm)
- Drilling, threading and countersinking functions up to M20 or Ø 30 mm
- Fully automatic table change for continuous production
- Processing area up to 4000 x 2000 mm
